Baltimore Rental Studios (BRS) is Baltimore’s premier location for creative rental space in Canton, just two miles from the Inner Harbor.

We offer several different studio layouts each with their own amenities in a rustic location that is called “The Broom Factory.” This location is accessible by the Water Taxi system, and MTA’s #7 bus.We are also less than mile from the Travel Plaza, and less than 5-miles from Penn Station.

We are located on the corner of Boston and Conklin Streets next to Panera Bread and across the street from the Merritt Athletic Club.
