First up, from BRS:
Baltimore Rental Studios is conducting their "How to take better pictures " workshop on Saturday, July 10, 2010 from 9am - 12pm. This workshop is great for beginning hobbyist, or someone who just bought that new camera and want to better understand digital photography and how to get the most from their cameras.
This workshop will meet at Studio 311 for orientation. Then leave to go on location to Ft. McHenry here in Baltimore. Workshop fee is $50/pp which includes your model and park fees, bring snacks and water. (Minimum four people, with a maximum of 20.)
The workshop is conducted by Jeff Martin of Martin Studio Photography and Herb Mann of TLP Photo. Jeff has taught this class for over seven years which started back in his teaching days at The Washington School of Photography.
Also, on the same day from 2pm - 6pm, join us for our advanced hobbyist workshop series. BRS is presenting our "Art & Editorial Workshop Series." This workshop is geared towards the shooter who wants to take their images to a higher level with more focus on the overall creative process using the light, location, model, and styling to help make their art stand apart. Great for Artistic, Beauty, Fashion, and Glamour photography lovers. a workshop where you decide what you're interested in learning more about. We will have "FOUR" studio setups!
This workshop is conducted by Jeff Martin and Herb Mann. We will meet at Studio 411 for orientation. Workshop fee is $100/pp which includes all fees (including models and stylists and the open shooting times from 6pm - 8pm in our studios. (Minimum six people, with a maximum of 10.)
